Map the channels, retention settings and software agreements. Review employee notices, third-party confidentiality, information-security requirements and legal bases for the proposed processing.

Exclude HR, sensitive customer records, privileged material, credentials and personal messages by default; validate de-identification for indirect identifiers and contextual re-identification.

Set an exact workspace and time scope, term, permitted training uses, onward-transfer restrictions, access procedures, deletion obligations and payment milestones.
