Account Executive (inside sales)

Brightinfo is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team!

At Brightinfo we wanted to transform the way businesses engage with their audience online, bring back the notion of listening to a customer and providing relevant answers. Until folks could actually converse with a website, we think we’ve got the next best thing. Automated, hands-free, content-based personalization of your website. What is it good for? Doubling your conversion rate. We know it sounds fictional, but we’ve got clients all over the world and hardcore data to support it.


POSITION DETAILS:

  • Manages and responds to incoming qualified lead requests
  • Drives and lead entire sales process from introduction to close over the phone
  • Manages sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue in SalesForce.com
  • Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives at mid-market and Enterprise accounts
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly/monthly
  • Present Brightinfo solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques
  • Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, with senior management, through contract negotiation and signed contracts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE/HAVE:

  • Track record of consistent earnings over-achievement in past Sales Executive roles (top 10-20% of company), advancement and increased responsibility in past positions
  • Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement, account management and activity through the use of SalesForce.com
  • English - mother tongue
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, out of which at-least 2 years’ experience as inside sales
  • Ideally, minimum 3 years of solution selling using an inside sales approach, high volume transactions over the phone
  • Be able to work in a fast paced sales cycle and dynamic environment
  • Work hours: Mon-Thurs 13:00/14:00-22:00/23:00, Fri – half day
